Need help with your account, your training data, or a connection issue? We respond to every message personally.
Sign in to tempoai.fit, open Setup → Connect, and follow the prompts. If the OAuth flow fails, email us with the time of the attempt and we can check the edge function logs.
From inside the app: Setup → Danger zone → Delete account. This immediately removes your profile, training data, AI chat history, and stored integration tokens. If you only want to disconnect Strava but keep your account, open Setup → Connect → Disconnect Strava. A secondary action lets you delete the imported Strava history.
Tempo uses your data solely to coach you. We do not sell it, share it across athletes, or use it to train any machine-learning model. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy — see the “Use of Strava data with AI” callout.
Forward the conversation (in-app feedback button, or paste into an email) along with the date so we can trace the exact prompt and improve the underlying rules.
Sign in at tempoai.fit, then open Setup → Connections and pick the service you want to link. intervals.icu, Strava, and WHOOP each connect right in your browser, just follow the prompts. Apple Health connects through the Tempo iOS app once it's installed, or its data flows in automatically if you already sync Apple Health to intervals.icu.
First check that your source is still linked under Setup → Connections. Then use the Sync button in the sidebar and give it a minute, newly added or edited activities appear once a sync finishes. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email us the date of the workout and we'll trace it.
Tempo brings in data through intervals.icu, Strava, WHOOP, and Apple Health, which together cover most popular watches and trackers (Garmin, Wahoo, Coros, Suunto, and Polar all work through intervals.icu). There is no direct Garmin connection today, but anything that already syncs to intervals.icu or Strava will reach Tempo. It's built for triathlon, duathlon, and running.
The coach works from your goal race and date, your recent training and fitness trend, and your daily wellness like sleep and recovery. Instead of locking you into a fixed plan, it proposes specific workouts you can accept or change. You can always ask it to explain a suggestion in the Coach chat.
Yes. When the coach suggests a workout you can apply it to your calendar, adjust it first, or just ignore it, nothing is added until you approve. If your week changes, tell the coach in chat and it will rework the plan around it.
These numbers come straight from your connected device (Apple Health, WHOOP, or intervals.icu), Tempo doesn't calculate them itself. In plain terms they show how rested and ready your body is, and the coach uses them to decide whether to push harder or back off. For exactly how each one is measured, check the app or device that recorded it.
Tempo is a training coach, not a medical service, so please see a qualified healthcare professional about any injury first. Once you know what you can and can't do, tell the coach in the Coach chat and it will lower your load and train around the problem.
Open the Plan screen and find the Race plan card. Update the Target race / event and Race date fields, your changes save automatically. To rebuild your plan around the new date, use Generate race plan.
Your training and wellness data is used only to coach you. We don't sell it, share it between athletes, or use it to train any AI model. For who can access it and how it's stored, see our Privacy Policy.
